Our mission has become to protect the well-being and dignity of pregnant parents. We believe that every family deserves to have high quality client-centered prenatal care and a dignified birth regardless of their ethnicity, social status, religion or gender preference.
Puerta del Sol firmly believes in the Midwifery Model of Care. This model focuses on continuous individualized education and comprehensive and holistic prenatal care. The client has absolute control over decisions regarding their prenatal, delivery and postpartum care. We recognize that this model of prenatal care is not guaranteed in most medical institutions, therefore, we open our doors with humility and respect so that all pregnant families can benefit from our services.
